Chestnut Hill Realty is proud to announce that Property Manager Kaitlyn Hesse was recognized as the 2023 Portfolio Manager of the Year by the Massachusetts Apartment Association.
Kaitlyn has served as one of CHR’s regional managers for the past several years and has been a member of the CHR team for 12 years. She manages a portfolio of four properties comprising 1,168 units. She brings empathy and insight to her position, having previously worked as an Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager, roles that she now oversees.
Kaitlyn is a respected leader among her peers, serving as chair of the Recognition and Appreciation Committee, providing perceptive analysis on the Senior Leadership Team and playing a lead role on CHR’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee.
Kaitlyn holds designations as a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and is a license realtor in Massachusetts.
The 2023 Massachusetts Apartment Association President's & Achievement Awards honors excellence in property management and service within the local multifamily industry. The Professional Achievement Awards recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond within their professional career and made significant contributions to the multifamily housing industry.
