Fall Into Fitness: WalktoberA number of CHR employees are strapping on their sneakers and hitting the sidewalk in a friendly competition for glory and bragging rights. Walktober is a 31-day program with one goal in mind: go take a walk! Employee's success is tracked by the number of minutes they walk per day. 30-44 minutes equals a red leaf, 45-59 minutes equals an orange leaf, and 60 plus minutes equals a gold leaf.

New Year's Resolutions: Baby StepsWe all do it. We all make the solemn vow to eat better and exercise more. In 2013, let's make a slight addendum to that resolution. Take baby steps!
