1. Cold Brew: There are many, many options on how to cold brew coffee, but this is a must for great tasting iced coffee. Brewing hot and then waiting for it to cool will throw off the flavor. Make sure your grounds are coarse and pick your preferred method.
2. Up Your Coffee Ratio: Hot coffee is a one-to-one ratio. One tablespoon of coffee per cup of water. Since you will be added ice and milk, double the amount or quadruple according to your taste. Play around to get it right right.
3. Make Iced Coffee Cubes: Since the coffee taste and smell will stick around, buy ice trays that you will only use for coffee. Take the already used coffee grounds and brew a small batch. You don't need full flavor here. You are just avoiding dilution.
4. Add condensed milk: If you want that creamy silky taste that you get from the coffee shop, pour your iced coffee into a cocktail shaker, add a few tablespoons of condensed milk, and shake! Serve over your coffee cubes and enjoy the morning!
