30DAYS is a FREE app for Android and Apple that gives you a full 30 day fitness routine. You can choose from about dozen free programs or you can search and pay for their premium exercises. The best part about 30DAYS is that it conforms to you. On the first day of the challenge, you perform the exercise you want to do, such as pushups or planks, for as long as you can. 30DAYS will then take that initial number make you a personalized plan. Should it become too easy or too hard, you can adjust the intensity midway through the challenge. The only downside to this app is you need to stay on top of your daily challenges as there are no push reminders if you forget.
