Ridgecrest Village Apartments in West Roxbury, MA has been getting a facelift over the past year. In 2012, Ridgecrest added 48 brand new one bedrooms apartments, pool, and fitness center that Mayor Menino himself christened. (Read more about that here: Mayor Menino Visits CHR) This year, 12 more apartments capped off this $15 million dollar project complete with new parking and streetscape.

Fall Into Fitness: WalktoberA number of CHR employees are strapping on their sneakers and hitting the sidewalk in a friendly competition for glory and bragging rights. Walktober is a 31-day program with one goal in mind: go take a walk! Employee's success is tracked by the number of minutes they walk per day. 30-44 minutes equals a red leaf, 45-59 minutes equals an orange leaf, and 60 plus minutes equals a gold leaf.
