Chestnut Hill Realty is looking for an Owner’s Rep Project Manager in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Owner’s Rep Project Manager provides oversight and coordination of a wide range of construction/renovation projects. Projects range from capital expenditures, unit renovations, and new construction from the Owner's perspective to ensure they are delivered on schedule, on budget, per the design documents and meets the quality standards of Chestnut Hill Realty. Assist in procurement and management of design teams and consultants from preliminary design to project completion. Performs as an extension of the Owner, solely representing the Owner's interest independent of the Design Professionals and outside Construction Manager / General Contractor. This position reports to the Director of Planning & Design.
