- Sign in guest upon arrival at facilities
- Manage pool capacities based on state guidelines
- Explain and enforce pool rules/regulations
- Maintain facility cleanliness by routinely wiping down pool furniture and commonly touched points with antibacterial cleaning supplies.
- Provide top level customer service to internal and external clients (ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and respect)
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with internal and external clients (excellent communication skills)
- Self-motivated and hard-working
