We are saddened by the passing of a friend to CHR and to the city of Boston, Thomas Menino. The above photo was taken in 2012 as the former mayor visited The Beethoven Elementary School to see CHR’s completion of a streetscape beautification project. Boston Shines, a program Menino founded, is a project that CHR strongly believes in and one that we will continue to do in his honor.
He will be missed.
CHR turned 45 last month and we marked the occasion with a sunset dinner and cruise on The Spirit of Boston. We all had such a fabulous time and The Spirit of Boston is a beautiful boat. The views of sunset over the city of Boston were spectacular. Great food, music, dancing and good friends…the party kept going after the boat docked. When you are having fun, time goes by quickly.
It was an exciting June for us at CHR! We were recognized for our energy conservation efforts and proudly watched as our Assistant Property Manager of Norwood Gardens Apartments, Michael McHugh, received a national achievement award.
