Here are a few great apps to help you with your fitness resolutions:


MINDBODY Fitness: This app takes your location and tells you what group classes are happening in the area. It's perfect for when you are traveling or if you're just looking for something new to perk up your routine. Available on both iPhone and Android.


Fitness Pro: This app is loaded with over 450 exercises. You can search based on the muscle group you want to target and you can even build a workout or choose from a preset routine. The pictures provided make it easy to execute each exercise correctly. Perfect for use in your gym or our resident fitness centers. Available on iPhone only. 


RunKeeper: For all you runners this is a fun, simple, and free app to help keep tabs on your runs. RunKeeper will track the duration and distance of your run and calculate how many calories you've burned. For an added level, you can hook into the RunKeeper community and connect with friends and fellow runners for tips and encouragement. Available on iPhone and Android.
