Four Quick Desserts for the FourthIs your fourth of July packed to the brim with social engagements and BBQs? Here are four quick and delicious dessert ideas to "wow" your friends and family on Independence Day.

Red, White, and Blue Strawberries: With a bunch of strawberries, some melted white chocolate and a dash of blue sprinkles, you've got a patriotic treat that will be a big hit. Head over to The Sister's Cafe for the full recipe with photos.

Pretzel Americana: Very similar to the Red, White, and Blue Strawberries, but switch out the berries for pretzels to get that sweet and salty fix! Check out Poca Cosa's photos for presentation inspiration.

4th of July Rice Krispie Treats: This dessert favorite only takes 10 minutes to prep, but adding red and blue M&Ms will give it that holiday flare especially if you have a star shaped cookie cutter on hand. Itsy Bitsy Foodies shares the tricks of the trade so your sweets turn out picture perfect.

Red, White, and Blueberry Trifle: This no-bake dessert is simple to throw together and is only 169 calories a serving! Gina's Skinny Taste is a favorite of ours for culinary inspiration. Check out her recipe to make this delightful trifle yourself!

This recipe didn't make the list because there's a bit of legwork and preparation involved, but it was TOO good to not share. She Knows created Firecracker Cakelettes filled with Pop Rocks candy for audio effect. We think it's brilliant! Please share photos and videos with us on our CHR Facebook page if you decide to make it!
