On Friday, February 3rd , CHR was in full support of GO RED for Women day, a holiday started by the American Heart Association to bring awareness for women's heart health. CHR employees were rocking their red attire and making a $5 donation in support of this great cause.
Thank you to all of the CHR apartment communities, who helped make this year’s Toys for Tots campaign a success! Each of CHR’s communities do their part by hosting holiday events and contests to support the annual toy drive. CHR was able to donate over 600+ toys to children this holiday season as result of your generosity! BRAVO!

CHR's charity for February is GO RED for Women Day. This Friday, February 5th is GO RED for Women day, a holiday started by the American Heart Association to bring awareness for women's heart health. CHR employees will be decked out in red and donating $5 to help the cause. Last year we raised $2040 and we want to see that number grow!
Last week, CHR headed over to The Wounded Warrior Project office in Boston to present them with our 2015 donations. The CHR Maintenance department sold scrap metal from across all properties after renovations or routine maintenance. A total of $13,223.73 was collected by this project alone!
Thanks to generous donations from all over the CHR apartment community, we successfully collected over 500 toys! That's 500 children that will have a very happy holiday this year. A big BRAVO! to all of you. We asked George, CHR President of Property Management, how he felt about this year's drive:
Yesterday, CHR celebrated the construction of Kesseler Woods with a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday. CHR was joined by Newton Mayor Setti Warren, Ward 8 Aldermen Cheryl Lappin and Rick Lipof, and Alderman at Large for Ward 7, Ruthanne Fuller.
