2014 Toys for Tots

We're welcoming 2015 full of gratitude to our residents and employees for making this year's Toys for Tots collection the biggest yet! 731 little boys and girls were able to delight in the holiday season because of your generoursity.


Now with 365 days ahead of us, we can't wait to pay it forward even more!

2014 Pine Street Inn Food DriveWhat an amazing way to start Thanksgiving week.


We asked our employees and residents to step up and give big to our Pine Street Inn food drive and they answered with gusto! We were unable to tally all the cans and boxes but, rest assured there will be many folks that will benefit from your generosity. In fact, we were able to fill up the majority of a 14 foot rental truck with your donations!

CHR's Charity of the Month: Special Olympic MassachusettsCHR's charity for the month of October is the Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA). It provides year-round sports training, athletic competition and other health-related programming for athletes with intellectual disabilities throughout the state. At SOMA, athletes train and compete through local practices and competitions to qualify for sectional and statewide events.

Charity of the Month: The Brookline Teen CenterCHR's Charity for the month of September is The Brookline Teen Center. The Brookline Teen Center(BTC) opened a year ago, and it has been a magnet for Brookline, MA teens to socialize, learn and have fun ever since.

CHR's Charity of the Month: The National MS SocietyCHR's charity for September is The National MS Society. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, unpredictable disease of the central nervous system (the brain, optic nerves, and spinal cord). It can cause blurred vision, loss of balance, poor coordination, slurred speech, tremors, numbness, extreme fatigue, problems with memory and concentration, paralysis, blindness and more. These problems may be permanent or may come and go.

CHR's Charity of the Month: Pan-Mass ChallengeCHR's charity for July is the Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC). The Pan-Mass Challenge raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute(DFCI) through an annual bike-a-thon that crosses the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
