Chestnut Hill Realty is proud to announce that the Hancock Village Community Center was named the Silver Winner in the Best Clubhouse: Community category at the 2026 PRISM Awards sponsored by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston.
The Community Center serves nearly 3,000 residents of Hancock Village, an apartment community in Brookline, Boston and Newton.
The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of professionals in the home building and property management industry. The Best Clubhouse: Community category includes community centers, recreation centers, clubhouses, or activity centers that serve as a central gathering space or information center for a residential community or development.
At 25,000 square feet, the recently opened Hancock Village Community Center is one of the largest residential property community centers in New England. The Center’s outdoor pool, fitness center, café, game room, media room, private office space, conference rooms and event/entertaining space provide a true hub of activity for Hancock Village residents. Dozens of neighbors attend resident events there every month, forming friendships and connections that give Hancock Village a true community feeling.
