The Neponset River Regional Chamber has selected Chestnut Hill Realty as its 2023 Large Business of the Year.

The award is presented to a Chamber member that demonstrates outstanding achievement in general management, employee relations, business growth, product innovation, and community and social responsibility.

Chestnut Hill Realty was also acknowledged for its ongoing support of local non-profits; commitment to environmental sustainability; employee development; diversity, equity and inclusion efforts; community support; and continued reinvestment in modernizing its apartment communities.

Chestnut Hill Realty manages three properties in the Neponset River Chamber’s catchment area – Waterfall Hills in Canton, Norwood Gardens in Norwood and Norwest Woods, also in Norwood. Combined, CHR houses local residents in 993 apartment homes.

“Our longstanding ownership of these properties goes beyond housing,” says CHR President of Property Management Dave Risko. “We recognize our responsibility to contribute to the economic vitality of the area and enhance overall quality of life. Through our ongoing investment in our properties, we remain dedicated to the well-being of local residents and to the business community in the Neponset River area.”

Chestnut Hill Realty is one of New England’s leading residential real estate companies, specializing in multifamily housing. Established in 1969, CHR owns and manages 5,000 units in 32 apartment home communities in Greater Boston and Rhode Island.
