As Controller at Chestnut Hill Realty, Dina Leshiner oversees accounting operations and financial reporting, bringing extensive experience in real estate accounting, finance, operations, and investment management.
Prior to joining CHR, Dina held senior leadership positions across the real estate industry, including serving as Controller at VTT Management and in senior accounting and financial operations roles at Synergy Investments and Manulife Investment Management. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, accounting operations, portfolio oversight, and the development and implementation of processes designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial controls.
Dina's experience spans multifamily, commercial, and industrial real estate and includes overseeing the financial operations of large and complex real estate portfolios, leading accounting teams, and partnering with property management, asset management, and senior leadership. She brings a strong focus on team development, process improvement, and using financial information to support sound business decisions.
Dina holds a Master of Science in Finance. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
