Maggie Cerce brings over 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry to her role as Director of Residential Leasing at Chestnut Hill Realty.
In her new role, Maggie's focus is on maximizing property occupancy by collaborating with corporate and on-site teams to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted marketing strategies that drive leasing success.
Maggie began her career in the Washington, D.C. metro area with Bozzuto Management and went on to hold leadership roles with national REITs, gaining a strong foundation in leasing strategy, operations, and financial performance. Most recently, Maggie served as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing at Trinity Management, and prior to that, as Vice President of Residential Management at Claremont Companies, both in the Greater Boston area.
She brings a strategic, results-driven approach to portfolio growth, with deep expertise in team development, asset positioning, and revenue optimization, grounded in strong financial expertise.
Maggie is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Residential Property Management.
