Chestnut Hill Realty has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Property Director to join our team.  The Regional Property Director supports and executes CHR’s strategies related to property management operations by directing the team members on the assigned portfolio of properties, and by ensuring the implementation of all company policies, procedures, and practices are achieved. This role supervises property operations of up to 5 locations.

As a Regional Property Director, you will:

  • Indirectly supervise the day-to-day operations of the sites.
  • Directly supervise, coach and regularly meet with assigned portfolios.
  • Review monthly site rental collections.
  • Organize, maintain, coordinate, and assist in supervision of capital improvement projects
  • Oversee Leasing, Marketing, Financial, Reporting, & Compliance Reporting for assigned locations
  • Oversee and collaborate with appropriate parties on escalated resident matters

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in dealing with operational matters
  • Minimum of three years’ supervisory and leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in various property management disciplines including performance management, employee relations, budgeting, project management, recruiting and training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others 
  • Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $130,000+ annually along with an additional incentive structure, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
