Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) has released its 2025 CHR Cares Annual Report, detailing the company’s continued commitment to responsible business practices and benefiting the communities it serves.
The report showcases a year of progress across a range of initiatives that reflect CHR’s values-driven approach—one that prioritizes environmental responsibility, supports employee growth, and strengthens connections with residents and local communities. Through CHR Cares, the company integrates social responsibility into its day-to-day operations while fostering a positive culture that permeates throughout the entire organization – both at the corporate level and across its 13 apartment communities in Greater Boston and Providence.
