Vietman Diaz, Service Technician at Chestnut Hill Realty’s Brighton communities, has been honored by the Massachusetts Apartment Association as its 2023 Maintenance Technician of the Year.
Vietman received the recognition at the 2023 Massachusetts Apartment Association President’s & Achievement Awards ceremony held in Boston. The event honors excellence in property management and service within the local multifamily industry. The Professional Achievement Awards recognize individuals who have gone above and beyond within their professional career and made significant contributions to the multifamily housing industry.
Vietman has served as a member of the Brighton and Brookline service team for the past five years. He is known for his exceptional work ethic, team-first mentality and communication skills.
“Vietman is the epitome of a team player. He’s always willing to help and never complains,” says Service Manager Patricia Stilwell. “He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He always has a smile on his face.” Residents frequently use the terms gentleman, kind and patient to describe him.
