The Neponset River Regional Chamber has selected Chestnut Hill Realty as its 2023 Large Business of the Year.

The award is presented to a Chamber member that demonstrates outstanding achievement in general management, employee relations, business growth, product innovation, and community and social responsibility.

Acknowledging its commitment to inclusivity, Multifamily Leadership named Chestnut Hill Realty to its 2024 list of Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women. CHR was ranked #17 on the national list, which was announced at a national conference in December, and is the top rated company in Massachusetts.

Chestnut Hill Realty was named to a national list of 2024 Best Places to Work in Multifamily, an accolade announced at the Multifamily Innovation Summit held in December. The company ranked #11 nationally and is the top rated employer in New England for companies managing 5,000-19,999 apartments.

This is the fourth consecutive year that Chestnut Hill Realty has received the honor. It is the highest national ranking it has achieved to date.

Vietman Diaz, Service Technician at Chestnut Hill Realty’s Brighton communities, has been honored by the Massachusetts Apartment Association as its 2023 Maintenance Technician of the Year.

Kelly Coughlin, CHR’s Resident Services Professional at Ridgecrest Village in West Roxbury, was named Leasing Professional of the Year by the Massachusetts Apartment Association.
