Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR) has released its 2025 CHR Cares Annual Report, detailing the company’s continued commitment to responsible business practices and benefiting the communities it serves.
For the second consecutive year, Hancock Estates, an 88-unit apartment community in Chestnut Hill owned and managed by Chestnut Hill Realty, ranked among the nation’s top multifamily apartment communities in the J Turner Research Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) Power Rankings for 2025. Hancock Estates rose five places to #15 nationally, while also achieving the third highest ranking among multifamily properties in New England.
Chestnut Hill Realty received honors from the Multifamily Innovation Council with placement on its 2026 Best Places to Work in Multifamily for Women list. CHR ranked #18, marking the third consecutive year that CHR placed in the top 25 of companies nationwide.
The Best Places to Work program celebrates workplace excellence and recognizes organizations that create the strongest employee experiences in the apartment industry. Companies opt-in to participate in a survey which ranks companies based on confidential employee feedback.
